For badminton matches, the official BWF result is final. Should any unofficial result differ from the final official result, bets will be resettled according to the official result.
For live betting during an ongoing match, odds change in real time in line with match developments. Bets accepted during a stream disruption or data delay may be resettled if bcgames determines that the bets were accepted based on inaccurate information due to a stream delay. Members are advised to take potential stream delays into account when making live betting decisions on bcgames.
All casino games offered on bcgames — including slots, live casino, baccarat, blackjack, roulette, and other table games — operate on a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has been independently certified by a recognised third-party auditing body. This ensures that every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be manipulated.
Any winnings resulting from an obvious technical malfunction — such as incorrectly displayed odds, erroneous credits, or a system error — are considered void and will be cancelled by bcgames. BCGames will attempt to restore the account to its state prior to the malfunction. Before closure, please ensure all active bonus rollover requirements have been met and any eligible balance has been withdrawn. BCGames will process closure requests within 5 business days.
